Step 1: Go to Stripe

What to do

1. Open your browser

2. Search Stripe

3. Or go to https://stripe.com/

Stripe is what we use for secure payments on your Persisca website.

Step 2: Create Your Stripe Account

What to do

1. Click Sign Up

2. Use your business email

3. Set a password

4. Confirm your email

This will be your official payment account.

Step 3: Start Your Setup

What to do

1. Log in

2. Click Start Setup

3. Follow the steps one by one

Stripe needs full details to send money to your bank.

Step 4: Add Business Details

What to do

1. Enter legal business name

2. Enter business address (Canadian address)

3. Choose business type

4. Add business phone

5. Add your business website link

6. Choose business category

Stripe uses this to verify your company.

Step 5: Add Personal Details

What to do

1. Enter your legal name

2. Enter your home address

3. Phone number

4. Date of birth

All payment processors in Canada need this. It is normal.

Step 6: Add Your Bank Account

What to do

1. Enter transit number

2. Enter institution number

3. Enter account number

4. Save

This is where payouts will go.

Step 7: Verify ID

What to do

1. Upload ID (driver licence or passport)

2. Do quick selfie check

3. Submit

This protects your account and your payouts.

Step 8: Give Access to D3 by Persisca

What to do

1. In Stripe, go to Settings

2. Click Team

3. Add new user

4. Enter your project specialist's email. Each project has a project specialist assigned to that. Please consult with us here, if you'd like to ask us: https://persisca.com/studio/help

5. Set role as Developer

6. Save

This lets us connect your Stripe to your WebSuite site and get the API keys.
You stay in full control of money and billing.

Step 9: Let us know you are done

Send a message saying:

• Stripe setup is complete

• We have access

• Your website link

• What you are selling (services, products, bookings, memberships, etc)

We finish the tech setup from our side.
